Our values
Wisdom & Understanding
Wisdom and understanding are crucial for making informed decisions, both academically and personally. This helps students navigate challenges and make choices that align with their goals and values. With wisdom, students can approach problems with a thoughtful and reflective mindset and find effective solutions.
The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding. - Proverbs 4:7
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. - James 1:5
Encouragement & Support
Encouragement boosts students' self-esteem and confidence, helping them believe in their abilities and potential. Support from others fosters a sense of belonging and community, which is vital for emotional well-being and resilience.
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. - 1 Thessalonians 5:1
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching. - Hebrews 10:24-25
Love & Grace
Love and grace encourage a compassionate and empathetic approach to coaching, helping students feel understood and valued. grace teaches students the importance of forgiveness, both for themselves and others, which is essential for personal growth and healthy relationships.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. - Ephesians 4:32
Empowerment & Growth
Empowerment helps students develop resilience and the inner strength to overcome obstacles and challenges. Believing in a positive future and having a sense of purpose motivates students to strive for their best and persist through difficulties.
I can do all this through him who gives me strength. - Philippians 4:13
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11
