Welcome to Splattered grace coaching

Hi, I’m Hannah!

I am the founder of Splattered Grace Coaching. With a deep passion for helping students and young adults navigate the complexities of personal, professional and academic life, I am dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and faith in each individual I work with.

My journey into coaching began with a desire to empower others to discover their unique paths and embrace the transformative power of grace, especially in the midst of the unknown and messy.

Through my teaching and coaching experience, I have developed a compassionate and supportive approach that combines practical strategies with spiritual insights. I believe that everyone’s story is beautiful and worthy of being told, and I am here to help you uncover the beauty and purpose in yours. Let's embark on this journey together!

I have my Masters in Educational Psychology and am an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with over 500 hours of coaching experience. I have experience coaching adults in K-12 education and students in higher ed. I am currently working on my PhD in Learning, Design, and Technology.

Our Values

Our values are based on a foundation of faith, compassion, and a commitment to empowering students and young adults to discover their purpose, embrace personal growth, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience, grace, and wisdom.

  • Wisdom & Understanding - Wisdom and understanding are crucial for making informed decisions, both personally and professionally. This helps students and young adults navigate challenges and make choices that align with their goals and values. With wisdom, we can approach problems with a thoughtful and reflective mindset and find effective solutions.

The beginning of wisdom is this: get wisdom. though it cost all you have, get understanding. - Proverbs 4:7

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask god, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. - James 1:5

  • Encouragement & Support - Encouragement boosts self-esteem and confidence, allowing students and young adults to believe in their abilities and potential. Support from others fosters a sense of belonging and community, which is vital for emotional well-being and resilience.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. - 1 Thessalonians 5:1

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the day approaching. - Hebrews 10:24-25

  • Love & Grace - Love and grace encourage a compassionate and empathetic approach to coaching, helping students and young adults feel understood and valued. Grace teaches the importance of forgiveness which is essential for personal growth and healthy relationships.

Love is patient, love is kind. it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. it does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. -  1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in christ god forgave you. - Ephesians 4:32

  • Empowerment & Growth - Empowerment helps students and young adults develop resilience and inner strength to overcome obstacles and challenges. Believing in a positive future and having a sense of purpose motivates individuals to strive for their best and persist through difficulties.

I can do all this through him who gives me strength. - Philippians 4:13

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11
